    Otis is one of the world largest elevator companies with strong presence in China. In 2007, Otis and Blue Light (a leader in design and manufacturing traction machine in China) formed a joint venture company called Blue Light Otis Traction Machine Co. Ltd. Almost all of BOMCO sales are to Otis and Otis related companies worldwide. Now, one of BOMCO immediate business focus is to accelerate its sales to other elevator companies within China. To do that, BOMCO needs to start develop its brand and brand awareness, product positioning, unique selling proposition, marketing tools including a website. 

    Otis是全球最大的升降机公司之一,中国是它的重点业务分布区。在2007年,Otis与中国曳引机生产与设计的领军企业Blue Light合资创办了Blue Light Otis Traction有限公司——简称为BOMCO。一直以来,BOMCO几乎只针对全球的Otis和与Otis有关的公司进行销售,然而随着战略发展需要,业务焦点变成了迅速和大力地增加销售予其他中国境内的升降机公司。
